Bollin Ligon Walker has been serving the real estate needs of Columbia, South Carolina since 1932. While our firm was started over 85 years ago, we can trace our history back over 120 years to 1898 when John H. Bollin, Sr. opened a real estate company in Columbia. Bollin Ligon Walker now serves as one of the oldest real estate companies in South Carolina. Originally known as The Bollin Company Realtors, the name was changed in 1994 to Bollin Ligon Walker Realtors® to include the additions of Laine Ligon Sr. and Andy Walker.
